किडामुंगीपासून प्रत्येक प्राण्यामध्ये आणि माझ्यामध्ये काहीच भेद नाही. मीही असाच एक सर्वसाधारण जीव, ह्या सर्वांप्रमाणेच त्या मूल चैतन्याचा एक अंश. एका नीरव शांततेच्या महन्मंगल क्षणी, मी एक आवाज ऐकला आणि मग हळूहळू त्या आवाजाचा स्त्रोत अनाहत संदेश बनून लेखणीवाटे सहजगत्या आणि स्वधर्माने वाहू लागला. ते प्रागट्य म्हणजेच हे लेखन आणि आलेखन. ह्यात माझं आणि माझ्या ’मी’पणाचं काहीही नव्हतं, काहीसुध्दा नाही आणि कधीच नसावं, हीच सद्गुरुचरणी प्रार्थना.
’कृपा’ मतलब आशिर्वाद और ’सिंधु’ मतलब सागर। यह सागर जलसे भरा नही बल्की यह उस अनादिअनंत का है जिसका अस्तित्व विश्व निर्मिति से पेहेले भी था और प्रलय के पश्चात भी होगा । इस लिए यह सागर अनंत है. यह ’परमात्मा’, ’सद्गुरु’ है ।
’કૃપા’ એટલે આશિર્વાદ અને ’સિંધુ’ એટલે સાગર આ સાગર એટલે જળથી ભરેલો સાગર નહીં પરંતુ આ એ અનાદીઅનંતનો છે જેમનું અસ્તિત્વ વિશ્વ નિર્માણની પહેલા પણ હતું પ્રલય થયા પછી પણ રહેશે. તેથી જ આ સાગર અનંત છે. આ ’પરમાત્મા’, ’સદગુરુ’ છે.
‘राम्रसायन’ सद्गुरु श्री अनिरुद्ध बापूजी रचित भगवन श्रीराम की जीवणी है मगर यह केवल अनुवाद नहीं है। ‘राम्रसायन’ भगवान श्रीराम की जीवनगाथा जरुर है, परन्तु कुछ हद तक यह घटनाएं हर युग में और सभी मानवों की जिंदगी में घटती हैं। हरएक की भूमिका – चाहे वे श्रीराम के सद्गुण हों या रावण की चरित्रहीनता हो, वे हर समय हमारे जीवन में घटते हैं। इन बातों को ‘प्रेमप्रवास’ (श्रीमाद्पुरुशार्थ ग्रंथराज का दूसरा भाग) में समझाया गया है। पाठक इन बातों को अपने जीवन से जोड़कर इन से निरंतर मार्गदर्शन पाता है। यह केवल अपनी पत्नी सीता को दुष्ट रावण के चुंगल से छुड़ाने की बात नहीं है। हम भक्तों के लिए मानो भगवान की यह लड़ाई भक्ति को प्रारब्ध के चुंगल से छुड़ाकर वहीँ ले जाने के लिए है जहाँ से वह आई है – भगवान के पास। भगवान एक सामान्य इन्सान की तरह जीवन व्यतीत करते हुए, उपलब्ध भौतिक साधनों की सहायता से और कठिन परिश्रम करते हुए पवित्र मार्ग पर चलकर बुराई पर विजय हासिल करते हैं। यह हमारी प्रेरणा के लिए है। यह पवित्र प्रेम, दृढ विश्वास और हनुमानजी के समर्पण के साथ साथ विपरीत परिस्थितियों में होते हुए बिभीषण के अटूट विश्वास के बारे में है। इस की वजह से यह एक ‘रसायन’ है – यह निरंतर पुनरुद्धार एवं वास्तविक शक्ति का जरिया है। एक ओर, यह हमें वानर सैनिक बनने की प्रेरणा देता है, जो भगवान और राजा श्रीराम के भक्त थे, तो दूसरी ओर सद्गुरु श्री अनिरुद्ध बापूजी कहते हैं कि यह रचना दत्तगुरु के चरणों में अर्पण रामगुणसंकीर्तन की पुष्पांजलि है।
और यही तो इस रचना की सुन्दरता है। इस रचना में चित्र विस्तृत और गूढ़ हैं जो हमें उन घटनाओं की गहराई तक ले जाते हैं मानो वे घटनाएँ हमारे समक्ष, हमारी जिंदगी में घट रही हैं।

गेली अनेक वर्षे ’भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्ये’ चे संशोधक- मार्गदर्शक व तज्ञ प्रशिक्षक म्हणून डॉ. अनिरूध्द धैर्यधर जोशी (अनिरूध्द बापू) (एम.डी.- मेडिसिन) कार्य करित आहेत. एक यशस्वी र्‍ह्युमॅटोलॉजिस्ट असलेल्या डॉ. अनिरूध्दांनी आपल्या अनेक वर्षांच्या व्यासंगाने संपादित केलेले भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्येचे प्रकार त्यांनी आता सर्वांकरिता खुले केले आहेत. ’भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्या’ हा विषय त्याच्या नावावरुन गूढ वटतो, ज्याचे कुतूहल व आकर्षण शतकानुशतके विदेशी लोकांनाही वाटत आले आहे. जोपर्यंत ही भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्या आपल्या देशात आदर केला जात होता तोपर्यंत भारतदेशही वैभवाच्या शिखरावर होता. ह्या देशातील तरुणांना ह्या प्राचीन बलविद्येचे प्रशिक्षण जात्याच मिळत असल्यामुळे देशाकडे वाकड्या नजरेने बघण्याची कोण्त्याही शत्रुदेशाची हिंमत नव्ह्ती. पुढे कालौघात ह्या बलविद्यांचे आमच्या देशातील महत्व कमी कमी होऊन त्या हळूहळू लोप पावल्या अ त्यानंतर भारतदेश विदेशी आक्रमकांच्या तावडीत गेला. आज त्याच लोप पावलेल्या भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्येचे प्रथम आचार्य रविंद्रसिंह मांजरेकर ह्यांना बापूंनी ही सर्व भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्या स्वत: शिकवली. आता डॉ. अनिरूध्दांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली व आचार्य रविंद्रसिंहांच्या प्रत्यक्ष देखरेखीखाली ह्या भारतीय प्राचीन बलविद्याचे प्रशिक्षणवर्ग चालवले जातात. डॉ. अनिरूध्दांनी आचार्य रविंद्रसिंहांना दिलेल्या प्रशिक्षणवरुन व ह्या प्रशिक्षणवर्गात शिकवल्या जाणार्‍या बलविद्येच्या प्रकारांवरुन हे पुस्तक (टेक्स्टबुक) संकलित करण्यात आलेले आहे.
यह परमपावन कार्य, जैसे इसका नाम दर्शाता है, माँ चंडिका के वात्सल्य का प्रत्यक्षीकरण है। सगुरु श्री अनिरुद्ध रचित यह कार्य भक्तों को केवल महिषासुरमर्दिनी माता चंडिका के आदर्श, कार्य और भूमिका से ही जोड़ने के लिए नहीं है, बल्कि उसके वात्सल्य से और उसकी हमारी संरक्षा के प्रति तत्परता से हमें अवगत कराना है।
वे चाहते हैं कि हम माता के प्रेम को जानें और उस शक्ति को पहचाने – वह शक्ति जो दुष्टता या बुराई से लड़ने की है, वह शक्ति जो नैतिक गुण और भक्ति के परिणामों से निश्चल आनंद की प्राप्ति कराती है। वह भले ही उग्र दिखती हो, वही सच्ची भक्त की सुरक्षा करती है और दुष्टों का नाश करती है। उस ने अपने उद्देश्य के मुताबिक – सच्चाई, पवित्रता, प्रेम और आनंद के नियमों की सुरक्षा हेतु यह भूमिका अपनाई है और वह इसकी प्राप्ति करती ही है।
गायत्री माता, महिषासुरमर्दिनी चंडिका माता और अनसूया माता एक ही है। विभिन्न स्तर के कार्यों के अनुसार माता रूप धारण करती है। जैसा कि सद्गुरु श्री अनिरुद्ध कहते हैं, यह कार्य माता की कीर्तियों का गुणसंकीर्तन है। यह एक ‘ज्ञान-गंगा’ है, और ‘भक्ति-भागीरथी’ है। यह कार्य ज्ञान एवं भक्ति के पथ पर चलकर भगवंत या यहाँ पर माता चंडिका के बोध के प्रति संतोष प्रदान करता है।
यह चिरकाल तक मार्गदर्शन करनेवाला यह ग्रन्थ सद्गुरु श्री अनिरुद्ध जी द्वारा लिखे गए उन के अन्य कार्यों की तरह भक्तों को प्रेम और आधार देता है।
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh was founded in the year 1925. The seed that Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar sowed ninety years back, has now grown into a huge Banyan tree – A Vatavriksha of immense expanse and stature. So, just how many branches and how many leaves this vast Vatavriksha might have, is not in the least easy to keep count of. The fact remains all the same, that this organization stands erect – tall and competent, its roots embedded very deep in the Bharatiya mind and mindset; and is developing at the pace and on the lines of the Vatavriksha – an expansive Banyan tree indeed. Not limiting itself to this country, the Sangh is active in every such country, that the Bharatiya finds himself in. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is in fact, not merely an organization, it has become a tradition, a tradition that bonds firm, the Bharatiya living abroad, with his motherland, with his culture.

This work, Shree Ramrasayan, is the essence of the life story of Shree Prabhu Ramachandra from his birth till Ramrajya was established in Ayodhya. The pictures given in it correspond respectively to various episodes in this life story. Ravan symbolises the ill-fate and vicious ego, which brings fear into human life. Sadguru Aniruddha says, “Ravan, who represents ill-fate, steals Janaki and takes her away from Ram. Janaki represents peace and contentment. However, it is Ram who brings about the end of Ravan. The ego, as in the ‘I’, is Ravan’s life force, and the six foes, viz., desire, fury, lure, etc., form the fundamental substance of his mind. Vile inclinations and ill-fate that trouble me are certainly destroyed. But when? When I become a Vanarsainik of Ram.

न्यायवैद्यक शास्त्र ह्याबाबत सामान्य माणसांना जरी प्रचंड उत्सुकता असली तरी त्यातील फारच थोडी माहिती असते. डॉ.वसुधा आपटे ह्या न्यायवैद्यक शास्त्रातील प्राध्यापिका व तज्ज्ञ आहेत. अनेक किचकट व अवघड वाटणार्‍या प्रकरणांमध्ये त्यांनी नायर हॉस्पिटल, मुंबई येथे काम करत असताना न्यायालयास मदत केली आहे. जे ज्ञान त्या वैद्यकीय विद्यार्थ्यांना देत असत किंवा न्यायालयात त्या ज्ञानाच्या आधारे साक्ष देत असत, ते सर्व ज्ञान अतिशय साध्यासोप्या व सर्वसामान्यांना समजेल अशा पद्धतीने त्यांनी लिहून सर्वांना उपलब्ध करून दिलेले आहे. ह्या विषयावर इंग्रजीत अनेक पुस्तके आहेत परंतु मराठीमध्ये मात्र ह्या प्रकारचे हे पहिलेच पुस्तक असावे असे वाटते.
हे पुस्तक संवेदनशील मनाचं व्यक्तीचं प्रतिबिंब आहे. आजूबाजूच्या दुलर्क्षित केलेल्या घटनांकडे बघून… त्यांचा अंदाज बांधून त्यावर लेखिका आशाताई वाबगावकर यांनी स्वत:चे विचार व्यक्त केले आहेत. अनेक गोष्टींना वेगळ्या नजरेने….वेगळया दृष्टिकोनातून पाहण्याचा अंदाज हा आपल्याला स्पर्शून जातो. एखाद्या गायकाने रागांमधून सुरांचं मंथन आपल्यासमोर पेश करावं त्या अनुभवांच्या संगीताचे राग आळवत त्यांनी आपल्या जगण्याचं मंथन आपल्यासमोर मांडलं आहे अन्‌ हे लिखाण त्यांच्या नावाप्रमाणेच आशादायी आहे, प्रफुल्लित करणारं आहे.
